Web Hosting Support
Basic support & service is provided to our clients free of charge via the following 3 methods:
- FAQs (A constantly growing knowledge base with the intent of providing answers to clients' most frequently asked questions)
- Support Request - Simply complete the form below and submit your issue. Our support team will get to work right away. In most cases you will be contacted via email to confirm resolution of the issue, or possibly to obtain additional information or instructions regarding your web hosting problem.
- Emergency Response - direct email or phone for emergencies that can arise as a normal part of conducting business on the web. Please make sure you have attempted to resolve any issues with browser cache, or your email client first (see FAQs), thank you. Please note that Emergency Phone response to issues which are described in our FAQ's or other documentation are subject to a $50 USD per half hour instance.
We hope that our support services are only ever required for education so that you can gain knowledge and confidence with your website and the Internet in general, however should you require our support we will be with you and work towards a speedy and efficient resolution to whatever issues do arise.
